If you struggle to get up early and find yourself standing in the corner of the classroom with your hands raised—crying while everyone watches—then my friend, I know exactly how you feel. I have been in that exact situation.
I remember wanting to wake up at 6:00 AM, but instead, I’d open my eyes at 8:00 AM. Being the last one to enter the classroom meant facing the teacher’s wrath. I still remember a teacher named saba at my school, country model. (Saba is a common Pakistani name, for those reading from other countries).
One day, I was feeling a bit under the weather and arrived late. She hit me so hard that I couldn’t even make it to my seat; I just stood there and cried. If you are facing similar struggles, I’m here to give you a real solution. I won’t tell you "internet stories"—I’m going to share my personal experience and what actually worked for me.
Step 1: Wake Up Early and Wake Up Right
To wake up early, you must go to bed early. But more importantly, you need a reason to get out of bed.
- Find Your "Why": As a Muslim, my reason is the morning prayer (Fajr). It gives me a fixed start. If you aren't Muslim, choose exercise as your reason.
- The Power of Family: Don’t rely on a phone alarm—we usually just snooze those. Instead, ask the earliest riser in your house to wake you up. In my home, my aunt rises early for her prayers, and she helped me build my habit. Having a person wake you up is far more effective than any machine.
- Goal Setting: I even used a "Height Increase" app from the Play Store to keep me motivated. Find a goal that makes you want to jump out of bed.
Step 2: Start With a Quick Workout or Stretch
Exercising early in the morning makes your mind feel fresh and powerful. I still remember the date: May 15, 2020. That was the morning of my very first workout. After I finished, my heart was racing, and I felt amazing—like the whole day belonged to me.
I recommend these four exercises that I personally include in my routine:
- Jumping jacks: This gets your entire body active and has a positive effect on your growth.
- Kneeling Lunges (Left & Right): This makes your body flexible. When I used to go to the football field, this exercise helped me stay agile on the ground.
- Forward Spine Stretch: I started this because my mom told me, "You stand like an old man!" It’s perfect for correcting poor posture.
- Cobra Stretch: It might feel a bit difficult at first, but it feels incredible afterward. It really opens up your body.
Step 3: Healthy Breakfast and Hydration

- Eggs: Eat the whole egg (not just the white). One egg has 6–7 grams of high-quality protein to keep you fit.
- Green vegetable: These boost your overall health and energy levels.
Step 4: Plan Your Day Before You Dive In
- 6:00 AM: Wake up and high-intensity exercise.
- Morning: School.
- Afternoon: Working on my YouTube channel, Facts Zone.
- Evening: Football practice (I love football!).
Step 5: Avoid Your Phone in the First Hour
